Main Responsibilities

1. Purchase construction materials as instructed and requested.

2. Track the progress of delivery and quality of materials in accordance with the construction schedule to prevent delays.

3. Handle tender process, such as sourcing quotation, analyzing and evaluating for tender costing.

4. Assist project manager with the price negotiation and award of sub-contractors.

5. Submit and monitor Monthly & final project claims.

6. Evaluate & prepare Variation Orders.

7. Finalize Project Account with Contractor & Suppliers.

8. Manage contractual and project costing matters.

9.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Building/Construction/Quantity Surveyor and above.

2. Min 3 years of local relevant experience in related fields

3. Proficient in MS Office and Autocad.

Core responsibilities

• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
• Managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers
• Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with.
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirement.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Civil Engineering / Structural working experience in related fields is advantage.
• A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills, able to interact with people of all levels.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
• To coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and complete on time
• To report the progress and quality of the overall project
• Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise and correspond with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and contractors), Indian or Bangladeshi will be advantage

The Marketing Director will lead the company’s marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning, support business development, and drive project acquisition. This role focuses heavily on B2B marketing, tender support, and building relationships within the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with business growth and project pipeline targets
• Lead brand positioning and corporate identity across all channels (website, proposals, presentations, site branding)
• Support the business development team in tender submissions, RFPs, and bid proposals with compelling marketing materials
• Identify and pursue opportunities in key sectors (commercial, residential, infrastructure, industrial projects)
• Manage digital presence including website, SEO, LinkedIn, and industry platforms
• Oversee the creation of case studies, project portfolios, and capability statements
• Build relationships with developers, consultants, government agencies, and industry partners
• Plan and manage events, trade shows, and networking opportunities within the construction sector
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing trends, and upcoming projects
• Manage and mentor the marketing team and external agencies (designers, PR, media)

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
• 8–15+ years of marketing experience, preferably within construction, engineering, real estate, or infrastructure
• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or senior management role
• Proven experience supporting tenders, bids, and B2B project acquisition

• Strong understanding of the construction industry lifecycle and procurement processes
• Experience with B2B marketing and long sales cycles
• Excellent proposal writing and storytelling skills for bids and presentations
