JOB DESCRIPTION

At Frezhman, we don't just build stores; we create stages for brand stories. We are looking for a Retail Designer who understands that a space is only as good as the journey it facilitates. You won't just be placing furniture in a room; you will be mapping out how a shopper feels, moves, and interacts with a brand from the moment they see the storefront to the point of purchase. The ideal candidate blends high-end spatial design with a deep intuition for visual merchandising and consumer psychology. You should be as comfortable discussing the "theatricality" of a brand expression as you are producing a technical detail drawing.

MAIN DUTIES

Strategic Concept Development
Translate brand DNA into immersive 3D environments, ensuring every design choice reinforces the brand’s unique expression and luxury positioning

Shopper Journey Mapping
Design intuitive layouts that masterfully choreograph the customer path, balancing commercial flow with moments of discovery and "dwell time."

Integrated Visual Merchandising
Work closely with the creative vision to ensure VM is baked into the architecture—designing fixtures and displays that don't just hold products but elevate them

Technical Excellence
Convert blue-sky concepts into reality through precise 3D modeling, high-fidelity renderings, and detailed technical documentation for production

Client & Vendor Partnership
Confidently present design narratives to global luxury clients, and collaborate with contractors to ensure the final build matches the original "refined environment" intent

Innovation & Tooling
Leverage AI-assisted tools and emerging digital tech to push the boundaries of visualization and workflow efficiency

Trend & Material Leadership
Maintain an encyclopedic knowledge of premium materials, lighting techniques, and global retail trends to keep Frezhman at the forefront of the industry

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in retail design, store planning, or experiential environments, preferably within APAC
• Diploma or Degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Strong experience in project management and client engagement
• Proven ability to develop detailed technical drawings and documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is an advantage
• Experience working with consumer brands, retail environments, or multi touchpoint experiences
• Exposure to luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands is preferred
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive in adopting new tools, technologies, and workflows to improve efficiency and output quality
• Familiarity with AI assisted design or visualization tools (e.g. Midjourney or similar) will be advantageous
• Fluency in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Brand & Creative Communications Designer to join our studio. This is a multi-disciplinary role for a designer who understands how to translate high-end spatial design into compelling visual narratives. You will work across the full spectrum of the studio’s output—supporting our designers on external client projects, developing sophisticated pitch decks, and managing the studio’s own brand presence. A key part of this role involves curating and creating our social media content, ensuring that Frezhman’s digital footprint is as polished and impactful as the physical spaces we create.

MAIN DUTIES

Project-Based Brand Design
Support the creative team on external client projects by developing 2D brand assets, environmental graphics, and visual presentations

Studio Communications & Pitching
Design high-quality credentials, case studies, and pitch decks that showcase our expertise to prospective global clients

Social Media & Content Creation
Own the end-to-end creation of social media posts (approx. 2 posts per week). This includes capturing BTS footage, editing project reveals, and writing captions that align with Frezhman’s premium tone

Creative Assets & Artworking
Produce polished "Final Artwork" for digital and print use, ensuring every output meets our high standards of typography and layout

Brand Guardianship
Ensure a consistent and elevated brand identity across all platforms, from internal templates to external marketing collateral

Trend & AI Integration
Explore and implement new formats, trends, and AI-assisted tools to keep the studio’s visual communication at the cutting edge

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• 1 to 4 years of experience in a design agency or brand-led environment
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) with a strong portfolio of graphic design and brand work
• A sophisticated eye for layout, composition, and visual storytelling—specifically within the luxury or lifestyle sectors
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and professionally
• Experience in short-form video (Reels/TikTok) and a proactive approach to social media as a brand-building tool
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or visual exploration is a significant advantage
• Proactive and independent, with the ability to manage multiple project-based tasks alongside the studio’s own marketing needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Client Partnerships and Growth Manager to expand Frezhman’s client base and strengthen relationships with brands and industry partners. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and representing Frezhman in client engagements. The successful candidate will work closely with the design team to translate client objectives into project opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. While the role maintains close client engagement throughout projects, day to day project management and production coordination will be handled by the design team.

MAIN DUTIES

Business Development and Growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail brands, exhibitions, experiential marketing, and brand activations. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects while introducing Frezhman’s capabilities through presentations, proposals, and meetings.

Client Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Act as the primary contact during early project stages to understand client needs and translate them into clear project briefs for the design team

Strategic Partnership
Develop relationships with agencies, brands, developers, and event organisers to explore opportunities for collaboration and new projects.

Project Oversight
Work closely with the design team during key project milestones to ensure clear communication and alignment between clients and internal teams.

Account Growth
Maintain long term engagement with clients and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships into additional projects.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• 5 to 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, client servicing, or account management
• Experience in experiential agencies, retail design firms, exhibitions, architecture, or creative consultancies is preferred
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential projects
• Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations
• Ability to understand client objectives and translate them into clear project briefs for design teams
• Comfortable managing multiple client conversations and coordinating with internal teams
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Existing network within retail brands, lifestyle brands, experiential agencies, or related industries will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
