Responsibilities

• Input text-based and numerical data accurately from invoices, forms, and other sources into systems to maintain up-to-date records
• Update, delete, or correct outdated information in databases to ensure data integrity and reliability
• Sort, organize, and file digital and physical documents for easy retrieval and efficient record keeping
• Review and audit data entries to detect and correct errors before and after input to maintain accuracy
• Back up data using cloud software or external storage to protect information and maintain confidentiality
• Compile and sort information to prepare data for reporting and analysis
• Generate data reports and summaries to support management decision-making
• Perform administrative tasks such as scanning files to maintain organized digital records

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, and data management software to perform data entry and reporting tasks effectively
• Demonstrate high typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail to ensure error-free data entry
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and support administrative functions
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Typically holds a High School Diploma or GCE 'O' Level certificate

• Assist in loading and unloading goods to support smooth warehouse operations
• Pack and prepare goods accurately for delivery to meet customer orders
• Drive delivery vehicles safely while handling goods to ensure timely distribution
• Carry goods during collection and distribution to support delivery processes
• Perform warehouse work and packing to prepare for next-day deliveries
• Verify that delivered goods match invoices and delivery orders to ensure accuracy
• Inspect delivery items to confirm they are correct, in good condition, and meet customer requirements
• Maintain the quality of goods and food products during delivery to preserve standards
• Keep vehicles clean and perform regular service maintenance to ensure operational readiness
• Perform ad-hoc warehouse tasks such as sample upkeep, making, and maintenance as needed

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license
• Maintain good driving safety records
• Ability to read and write in English to understand delivery documents and instructions
• Physically fit to handle manual loading, unloading, and delivery tasks

• Experience working in warehousing or logistics environments
• Good knowledge of Singapore locations for efficient delivery routing
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under a 6-day work week
