Job Summary
Support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients and assisting in food service while occasionally managing customer orders at the counter during fast-paced, split-shift workdays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and kitchen stations to support the Chef’s service efficiently
- Assist the Chef during food preparation and service to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Manage customer orders accurately at the counter during peak periods to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the shift
- Adapt to fast-paced, split-shift work schedules to meet operational demands, 1030am t0 230pm, 5pm to 9pm. 5.5 days week (sunday half day)
