Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a passionate, driven mindset, ready to lead strategic growth initiatives and drive transformational change within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape in our overseas markets.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities, identify potential clients, and generate leads through networking, cold calls, and other sales strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and other key stakeholders in the overseas markets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the overseas markets to achieve sales targets.
- Product Presentation: Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and the market to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, updates on market trends, and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in international business development, marketing or sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Asia, including China, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, and other regions.
