Role Overview:
We are seeking a Finance Executive with a primary focus on Finance Ops activities with secondary responsibilities in supporting digitalisation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values accuracy, and is eager to contribute to modernising financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Ops – AR, GL, Fixed Assets & Grants Management
Manage journal entries, accruals, adjustments, reclassifications, and monthly GL reconciliations (e.g., bank, intercompany, suspense/clearing accounts).
Maintain the fixed asset register, including capitalisation, disposals, depreciation, transfers, and periodic physical verification.
Oversee grant financials, including budget tracking, disbursements, claims, utilisation, and compliance with funding agency requirements.
Financial Reporting & Internal Controls
Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and schedules to meet audit, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
Identify gaps in processes, documentation, and internal controls, recommending improvements to the Finance Manager/Head of Finance.
