Roles & Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Maintain accurate accounting entries and records using SAGE accounting system
- Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reports for HQ submission in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor cash flow, payment schedules, and financial transactions
- Process invoices, payments, GST submissions, and accounting transactions
- Maintain accurate records using SAGE accounting system
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on finance-related matters
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and financial controls
- Ensure timely monthly and yearly closing of accounts
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, ACCA, LCCI, or related fields
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Experience in handling full set of accounts and monthly financial reporting
- Proficient in SAGE accounting system is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of GST submission and accounting practices
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Positive attitude, responsible, and a good team player
- Experience in engineering, construction, or hospitality-related industries will be an added advantage
