Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Program Executive (Order Management) to support end-to-end customer order execution for semiconductor customers.
This role serves as a key coordination point between customers, commercial, technical, planning, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate order processing, on-time delivery, and smooth customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

RFQ Management

• Download and manage RFQ packages from customer portals.

• Request and follow up on missing or additional RFQ information from customers.

• Maintain accurate RFQ tracking and documentation.

Purchase Order (PO) & Item Master Tracking

• Perform daily review of customer PO reports to identify new POs or changes.

• Check item master (IM) availability and revision status.

• Coordinate with Commercial and Technical teams on IM creation and updates.

• Maintain and circulate IM tracking reports.

Sales Order (SO) Processing & Customer Acknowledgement

• Load and firm Sales Orders based on quoted lead times and master data.

• Acknowledge customer POs and confirm order acceptance.

• Coordinate with Production and Planning teams to confirm commit dates.

• Update customers on delivery commitments and changes.

Planning & Delivery Coordination

• Review schedules and manage committed delivery dates.

• Expedite materials and parts in collaboration with NPI and Production teams.

• Track and monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) against customer required dates.

Shipment & Logistics Support

• Check stock availability and storage locations prior to shipment.

• Arrange and coordinate local and overseas shipments.

• Prepare shipment documents (PTN, packing SDN) and ensure proper labeling.

• Provide shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Invoicing & Payment Coordination

• Follow up on invoicing and payment matters with internal teams and customers.

• Support resolution of billing or payment-related issues.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in order management, program coordination, customer operations, or supply chain roles.

• Prior exposure to semiconductor, EMS, or manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar).

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

• Detail-oriented with good documentation and tracking discipline.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting new product introduction, improving manufacturing processes, and driving operational efficiency. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure technical issues are resolved effectively and production runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support New Product Development: Participate in the development and integration of new products into manufacturing.

• Technical Package Review: Evaluate incoming technical documentation and ensure readiness for production.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to resolve technical challenges.

• Feasibility Studies: Conduct assessments on manufacturing capacity, layout enhancements, and process improvements.

• Process Documentation: Prepare and maintain production documents including Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Process Control Plans (PCP), and Work Instructions (WI).

• Productivity Improvement: Initiate and implement improvements in process efficiency, including the selection, design, and deployment of fixtures and equipment.

• Process Optimization: Periodically review and analyze production processes for potential capacity and efficiency enhancements.

• Material Review Board (MRB): Participate in MRB meetings and provide recommendations on material acceptance or rejection.

• Quality Support: Offer technical support to QA teams and assist in audits and issue resolutions.

• Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers (if applicable).

• Work Conditions: Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and travel overseas when necessary.

• Ad-hoc: Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent.

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in assembly / automation manufacturing environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structure

• Ability to read mechanical drawings with basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and a proactive mindset

• Experience in or exposure to the semiconductor industry is a strong advantage

Job Summary

Prepare and manage RFQ costing and BOM evaluation to support manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate cost compilation and SAP data management for precision assembly and automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQ costing to support accurate pricing and project budgeting
• Evaluate customer BOM and drawing packages to verify completeness and accuracy
• Manage BOM preparation and coordinate RFQ processes with the costing team to ensure timely delivery
• Compile and analyze cost data to support decision-making and project planning
• Ensure BOM completeness and accuracy, and upload BOM data into SAP for seamless manufacturing execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in assembly or automation manufacturing environments
• Proficient in MS Office applications to prepare reports and presentations
• Proficient in SAP for BOM data management and costing processes
• Ability to interpret complex Bill of Materials (thousand liners) for manufacturing accuracy
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings to verify design specifications

• Working Hours: 8.15am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
• Location: Changi North
