We are seeking a detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to support our structured cabling installation team. You will act as the central hub for our projects, managing scheduling, client communication, documentation, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site installations, technician deployments, and contractor schedules (voice/data/fiber optics).
- Prepare, compile, and maintain project documentation, including site layouts, and As-Built drawings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors to communicate project progress and site updates.
- Ensure technicians have the necessary materials, tools, and equipment available to prevent work delays.
- Enforce high-quality standards and safety protocols at all installation sites.
- Track project milestones and prepare daily/weekly status reports.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of network cabling standards (Cat6/6A, Fiber Optic).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to work on-site, including heights
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, night shifts, and public holidays when required
- Minimum 2 years of experience. Candidates with less experience but strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
Salary & Working Hours
Salary: SGD 3,800 – SGD 4,500
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with flexibility required
Must be willing to work overtime, night shifts, and on public holidays when project schedules or urgent works require.
