Job Description & Requirements
Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.
Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, communications, and travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other documents as required.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director across the group of companies.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a secretarial, executive assistant, or personal assistant role.
Experience in supporting senior management will be an advantage.
