Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. You will be the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, responsible for ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review the customer’s service file from the front desk team.
• Conduct a detailed consultation with the customer to understand their concerns and issues.
• Analyse the nature of the problem to determine whether it is due to:
  Normal wear and tear
  Premature or unexpected malfunction
• Liaise with workshop technicians for a technical review and inspection.
• Determine if repairs are:
  Chargeable (out of warranty or wear-related)
  Complimentary (under warranty or goodwill basis)
• Clearly explain technical issues and proposed solutions to customers.
• Provide cost estimates, obtain approval, and manage job authorisation.
• Track and update customers on job progress and estimated completion times.
• Prepare job cards, service reports, and final documentation.
• Coordinate smooth vehicle handover upon job completion.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.

Requirements

• Nitec in Automotive Engineering or equivalent qualification
• GCE ‘O’/‘N’/‘A’ Levels or Diploma holders welcome
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a service advisor or in customer service in an automotive environment
• Sound knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Well-organized, with good time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and workshop management systems
• Valid Class 3 driving licence

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary

Drive business growth by developing and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining customer relationships. Conduct market research and deliver sales presentations to achieve sales targets and report performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market analysis

• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into customers and expand the client base

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business

• Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements

• Achieve defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive revenue growth

• Track and report sales performance and campaign results to optimize marketing efforts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Job Description:

• Perform maintenance and repair work on petrol, diesel, and electric motor vehicles.

• Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical and electrical components to diagnose issues.

• Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and complete necessary repairs.

• Carry out air conditioning servicing and troubleshooting.

• Test-drive vehicles to ensure repairs are successful.

• Complete job cards and service reports accurately and on time.

• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.

• Communicate with supervisors regarding major faults or required parts.

Job Requirements:

• NTC 2 / NITEC in Automotive or Motor Vehicle Technology.

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a motor mechanic.

• Proficient in diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.

• Experience with EV servicing is a plus.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Preferably holds a valid Class 3 & 4 driving license.

Job Description:

• Transport company vehicles for servicing and repairs

• Deliver and collect vehicles to/from customers

• Liaise with workshops on vehicle-related issues

• Shift and manage vehicle movements

• Support any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 and Class 4 Singapore Driving Licence

• Minimum 2 years’ driving experience

• Singaporeans only
