STUDENT CARE CENTRE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED CENTRE SUPERVISOR

(Student Care Centre / Tuition Centre)

We are looking for candidates who like working with children. Main duties involve day-to-day operational duties which include rostering, scheduling of classes, as well as teaching. Candidate will need to have good communication skills to communicate with parents, staff, students and walk-in customers.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Oversee the full operations (student & tuition) for the outlet
• Streamline work processes
• Plan and deliver of student activities/post-exam activities and curriculum
• To take on tuition classes
• To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre
• To handle parents’/students’ enquires on class timings/ services/ etc
• Liaising with parents, students, schools, external vendors on any changes to schedule
• Training of new hires
• Handle firsthand issues for the outlet
• Providing regular updates to the management
• Any other operational duties as assigned

Skills & Experience

• Degree/ Diploma/ A levels/ WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations
• Preferably with prior tutoring experience
• Enjoy being with children, classroom management
• Good communication skills in corresponding with pupils, parents and staff
• Be systematic and organized in handling administrative and management work
• Good grades in O level/ A level

Role and Responsibilities:

The incumbent is the main person in charge of executing the organisation's digital marketing campaign. He/she is well versed with various digital marketing platform to increase digital sales, lead generation, branding and engagements.

• Manage digital marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads manager, Google Adwords and Youtube adverts.
• Maintain company's website, email and social media platforms.
• Create digital content for publishing on various digital platforms.
• Conduct research on market trends to gain insights for content creation
• Support the creation of marketing collaterals and sourcing for new partnerships with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in marketing/digital marketing or it's equivalent.

Independent with problem solving skills.

Knowledge in graphic designing is a plus.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts to support the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the Centre’s administrative and financial activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Update and maintain daily financial records and spreadsheets
• Reconcile payments, student fees, and bank statements
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Assist in payroll processing
• Prepare and submit GST reports
• Execute recurring payments and monitor scheduled transactions
• Assist in maintaining full set of accounts

Administrative Support

• Maintain proper filing of financial records
• Assist with enrolment documentation and billing matters
• Provide general administrative support for Centre operations
• Support ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Familiar with full set of accounts and GST reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Responsible, discreet, and able to handle confidential information

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday 10am-7pm
