Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the spa
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
• Create and execute marketing plans to drive business and increase revenue

• Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and codes

Requirements

At least 2 years and above in the industry and with relevant experience

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Well-versed in beauty treatments, including hairstyling, makeup, facials, hair removal, manicures and pedicures

Applying hair products like cream and clay to style hair

Removing hair permanent using permanent and temporary methods

Applying makeup products

Give manicure and pedicures following clients’ preferences

Provide guideline to clients on how to take care of their skin

Cross-sell therapies and beauty products when relevant

Ensure working area is clean and equipment is sterilized before use

Keep track of levels of stock

Give various types of facial and body massages

Good knowledge of skin and body care products

Provide advise on makeup products and techniques based on client’s needs

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirement

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experiences in Structural Steel will be advantageous.
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

To ensure customer satisfaction by solving issues and queries both immediately and effciently.
Works with relevant teams to develope new F&B concepts strategies and menu offerings.

In charge of others duties such as Inventory replenishing, maintain cleanliness and neatness of the workplace
Manage outlet staff's schedules
Willing to work split shifts

Responsibilities:

• Develop design proposals for client presentations, encompassing concept ideas, layout development, finishes, materials, and furniture

• Managing design programming and personal deadlines

• Producing design information, drawings, and 3D content

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Assist in material and furniture selection, ensuring alignment with project objectives and budget constraints.

• Support construction monitoring to ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the build process.

Requirement:

• Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or have similar experience in the design industry.

• Strong understanding of workplace ergonomics, office layouts, and space planning principles.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in workplace projects

• Strong communication skills

• Design and visualization skills, proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop)

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

• Setup flexible materials, fine adjustments, and operate semi-automated, precision converting machines.
• Review converted flexible component against its Engineering Drawing to ensure custom fabricated components meet precision measurements.
• Perform cutting of flexible materials according to desired Engineering specifications
• Perform QC during production from set up, in-process, to final production stages
• Good communication skills and able to work as a team.
• Able to handle work under pressure and meeting dateline.
• Those without qualification but with relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work OT on weekdays, weekends and sometimes public holidays, and night shift (if necessary).
• Require to work for day/night shift rotation.
