We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of our manpower and workforce solutions business across new industry and supply chain operations.
This role goes beyond sales—you will be involved in building client relationships, understanding operational needs, and delivering scalable workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing and supply chain sectors
Build and manage client relationships (B2B)
Understand client manpower requirements and propose suitable solutions
Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
Manage account growth and long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Background in manpower, recruitment, logistics, or supply chain is preferred
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Self-driven and results-oriented
