An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and driven individual to join our People & Culture Team in Victoria, based in Richmond. You will report into the People & Culture Manager, with your role being the Talent Acquisition Partner. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for working with the team to develop and embed a talent acquisition framework that supports end-to-end recruitment solutions that attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, this role partners closely with the business to align recruitment strategies with workforce and organisational objectives. 

This role will see you:

• Work with the team to develop a talent acquisition strategy and framework that incorporates best fit/practice principles, and embed this across the business
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce plans
• Partner with hiring managers to lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including direct and pro-active sourcing and talent pooling
• Provide market insights and advice on talent availability, remuneration, and hiring trends
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects and enhances the organisation’s values and brand
• Conduct screening, shortlisting, interviews and coordinate selection and assessment processes
• Manage recruitment activity through the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and reporting
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment legislation, policy, and diversity principles
• Contribute to employer branding, recruitment projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
