Job Summary
Drive sales growth and lead a motivated sales team in delivering exceptional salon services including hair, beauty, and nails. Develop customer relationships, plan promotions, and achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent service quality.
Responsibilities
Drive sales of salon services (hair, beauty, nails) to meet monthly and annual targets
Lead, train, and motivate sales consultants and staff to enhance team performance
Follow up promptly with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed sales
Plan and execute promotions and packages to attract and retain customers
Deliver a consistently excellent customer service experience to ensure satisfaction
Track and analyze daily and monthly sales data to monitor progress against targets
Develop and maintain a strong customer base through relationship management
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
