Your Role
You will be responsible for delivering safe, precise, and tailored grooming services based on each dog’s individual needs, behaviour, and coat condition.
What You’ll Do
- Perform full grooming services (bathing, drying, clipping, styling, nail care, ear cleaning)
- Assess coat and skin condition to customise grooming approach
- Handle dogs with calm, controlled, and behaviour-aware techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming tools and workspace
- Communicate clearly with the team on each dog’s needs and behaviour
- Uphold DOG LAB’s grooming standards and protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in dog grooming (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong handling skills with an understanding of dog behaviour
- Patience, attention to detail, and pride in your work
- Willingness to learn and adopt structured, science-based grooming methods
- Team player with a responsible and professional attitude
