We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Regional Sales Director to lead and accelerate our business growth across key markets in Asia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue performance, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships to support the company’s regional expansion. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business owners, and key stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and manage team
Drive market expansion initiatives and strengthen the company’s regional footprint
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions aligned with client needs
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic insights to senior management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
Strong network and experience in regional markets is highly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with regional clients
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with distributed teams or in multinational companies.
Knowledge of local compliance and regulations in Southeast Asia.
Cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
