Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience who thrives in a field sales / hunting role.
This is a boots-on-the-ground position focused on prospecting, meeting clients in person, and closing deals.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Enjoys being on the ground meeting customers
Can open doors without heavy brand backing
Is driven by targets and incentive
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate new business opportunities through:
Cold calling, Walk-ins / on-site visits, Networking events and Referrals
Build and maintain a strong local pipeline in Singapore and SEA\
Client Engagement (Field Focus)
Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and presentations
Understand client requirements and position solutions effectively
Build relationships with decision-makers (CXO, Ops Heads, IT Heads)
Market Intelligence
Gather insights on competitors, pricing, and customer needs
Provide feedback to leadership on market trends
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of B2B sales experience in Singapore / SEA
Experience in IT services / SaaS / staffing / solutions selling
Existing network in Singapore or SEA markets
Ability to work in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment
Proven track record in hunting and closing deals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field sales and frequent client visits
Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient
Should be able to build Strong pipeline within first 60 days
3–5 deals closed (depending on deal size)
