The Role
We are looking for a driven and personable Business Development Executive to grow our client base and deepenrelationships. This is a front-facing role that combines relationshipmanagement, project follow-through and creative problem-solving. You will be the face of Deco Expression to our trade clients and play a direct role inshaping the company’s growth.
What You Will Do
• Identify and develop new business opportunities withour customers who are mainly interior designers, architects, contractors andproperty developers
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships tomaximise repeat business and referrals
• Conduct product presentations with customers
• Track and manage your sales pipeline through regularreporting
• Support new product launches, including samplepreparation and client outreach
• Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives andtrade events
What We Are Looking For
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, InteriorDesign or a related discipline
• At least 4 years of experience in business development,sales or account management, preferably in flooring, furnishings, buildingmaterials or the interior design trade
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to buildtrust with design professionals
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable workingindependently
• Proficient in English
