Audit Manager Job Description

Responsibilities

Ability to lead a dynamic team and managing portfolio of clients is a pre-requisite.

Support the execution of risk-based audits and SOX compliance efforts. Conduct audit testing, assist in fraud investigations, and work with business units to strengthen internal controlsand risk awareness. Collaborate with teams to improve controls and risk processes.

Skills

Strong analytical acumen, business sense, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to ensure decisions are grounded in data and aligned with business goals.

Experience

Minimum of 7 years in auditing and at least 2 years in a supervisory role and currently working in the audit profession.

Communication

Strong verbal and written English

Salary: Salary commensurate with work experience in auditing.

Candidates are expected to be able to start at short notice and contribute to the firm's growth by growing the firm's client base. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle all auditing areas are advantageous.

Job Title: Corporate Secretary Senior Manager

Job responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Act as Company Secretary of clients
• Handle corporate secretarial matters, including incorporations, restructuring, and striking-off, Conduct AGM, EGM.
• Prepare resolutions, minutes, statutory records, and XBRL filings
• Ensure timely submissions to ACRA, MOM, IRAS, and other authorities
• Provide corporate governance and compliance advice
• Maintain strong client relationships and liaise with auditors, regulators, and external parties
• Lead and support a team while assisting the manager, senior/junior on secretarial and administrative tasks, coach and review work of junior team members
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Degree or above in Law, Business, Accountancy, or equivalent
• Qualified Chartered Secretary or LLB Qualification with minimum of 7-9years of experience in a corporate secretary field, including 5 years in a managerial role preferably in a professional firm
• In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA compliance requirements
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in corporate secretarial systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills Able to lead a team independently, an eye for detail and deadline-oriented

Job Title: Accounts Associate (Outsource)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients in various industries.
• Prepare monthly or quarterly financial reports for management purposes / reporting.
• Ensure firms’ service standard and reporting deadlines are met.
• Prepare GST report and filing.
• Prepare unaudited statutory financial statements in accordance with SFRS.
• Payroll processing such as calculate payroll and submit CPF for clients.
• Other related accounting tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma or Degree in Accounting and Finance or pursuing relevant professional qualifications.
• Handling a portfolio of clients, those with project related experiences will be advantageous.
• Possess strong understanding of the SFRS, GST Act and related regulatory policies.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting software such as Quickbook, Xero, etc.
• Good command of English and Chinese both written and spoken.
