Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations
• Support staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning
• Ensure smooth customer flow and appointment coordination
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hygiene
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery
• Support in sales of packages, treatments, and retail products
• Guide and motivate team members to achieve targets
• Assist in training junior staff and therapists/stylists

Requirements:
• Experience in hair salon / beauty / service industry preferred
• Prior supervisory or team leader experience is a plus
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working on weekends and peak hours
