Roles and Responsibilities

• Update and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure 3D BIM models are accurate and compliant with project requirements.
• Review and validate shop drawings and BIM models prior to submission to authorities and for construction.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure smooth BIM implementation and project coordination.
• Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are properly adhered to.
• Keeping up with project progress and ensure timely submission of drawings and BIM deliverables.
• Provide support to other BIM Modellers and drafters, keeping team work and developing cohesiveness within team.
• Prepare progress and project updates to submit to direct supervisor.

Qualification Requirements

• Candidate possesses at least a Diploma or Degree in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Engineering, or related discipline recognized by BCA or relevant institution.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant BIM experience.

Preferred Skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in BIM modelling and project coordination meetings.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and interest in MEP multiple disciplines.
• Familiar with BIM standards (e.g., BIM Execution Plan, Singapore BIM Guide).
• Able to adapt to construction site environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in procurement functions including sourcing, negotiation and purchasing based on team needs.
• Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure alignment with technical and commercial requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably within M&E, Construction or Marine industries.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and tender support.
• Good commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with procurement systems and digital workflows.
• Proactive, structured and team-oriented.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the accounts department.
• Manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash / cheque / GIRO in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile cash / financial accounts.
• Maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analysing accounting data and prepare financial reports.
• Prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed.
• Enforce credit control.
• To complete and coordinate annual audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for initiating corrective actions.
• To highlight and allocate cash requirement and ensure complies to internal controls.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification Required: Diploma in Accounting or similar or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience Required: 2-3 Years.

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the accounting principles, practices and standards.
• Thorough working knowledge of MS Office and accounting software & databases.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, quality assurance (QA)/quality control (QC) policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with the clients and contractors to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to assist and technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Attend meeting with client and contractors when necessary.
• Assist on preparation of Drawings such as SLD, Layout, shop drawings and As built drawings.
