Job Scope:

Lead and supervise the Operations team: Provide training, daily guidance, and performance monitoring.

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations: Arranging delivery routes and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time while maintaining service quality. Assist in deliveries as and when required.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storage, and tracking of products using inventory management systems. Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Pack Goods for Delivery: Carefully and accurately pack products for outbound shipments, ensuring items are secure and protected during transit. Label packages with shipping information and handle necessary documentation. Tailor and enhance products with accessories as per the order specifications. Scan out the pick list and items to proceed with delivery.

Unload Containers: Safely and efficiently unload incoming shipments from trucks and containers. Inspect and verify received goods against packing lists or purchase orders. Optimize store space by strategically adjusting the placement of goods and their respective locations.

Check Return Goods: Accept and inspect returned products from customers, checking for defects, damages, or discrepancies. Process returns in accordance with company policies and guidelines. Scan in into inventory system after checked.

Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers, providing product information and guidance. Process sales transactions for spare parts, handle payments, and issue receipts.

Testing Faulty Parts: Evaluate and test faulty or damaged parts brought in by customers to determine the extent of repair or replacement needed. Communicate repair options and associated costs to customers.

Quality Control: Ensure that products are handled, stored, and packaged in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Report any product quality issues or safety concerns to supervisors.

Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment by following safety protocols and keeping work areas clean and clutter-free.

Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities, including delivery confirmation and return documentation.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members and sales to achieve efficiency and meet shipping deadlines. Provide support during peak periods or staff shortages.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to warehouse efficiency initiatives. Suggest enhancements to inventory management systems or workflows.

Job Requirements:

Possess Class 3 / 3A License, company van will be provided

Prior warehousing/inventory/logistics experience required

Issue Resolution

FNG System

· Understand the function and guide of using the FNG system.

Servicing Appointment

· Arrange servicing appointment with customer.

Customer Feedback

· Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

· Solicit and collect customer feedback to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

· Relay feedback to management, sales & technician for consideration in decision-making process.

Team Collaboration

· Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.

Product Knowledge

Warranty Cards

· Submit online warranty for customer (from email).

· Check submission for customer.

Google Reviews Management

· Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews and address any negative feedback professionally and promptly.

Training and Development

· Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

· Mentor and train new customer service team members as needed.

Performance Metrics

· Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction ratings, and call handling metrics.

· Generate monthly report for monthly business review.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and performance of our ceiling fans through expert installation, repair, maintenance, and exceptional customer service. Job Scope: Installation and Testing: Install ceiling fans on both concrete and false ceilings. Perform comprehensive safety checks and testing to confirm that the installation meets all required standards.

Repair and Maintenance: Repair or replace defective components such as motors. Clean fans and components to remove dust and debris. Perform preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of fans.   
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand their fan-related issues and provide cost estimates for repairs. Offer guidance on proper fan usage and maintenance. Collect payment from customer.

Spare parts & motor repairs: Repair the faulty parts if able to fix. Diagnose motor issues and malfunctions, perform motor repairs, including rewiring, replacing worn components, and reassembling motors.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other technicians, sales, and customer service team for efficient workflow. Share knowledge and insights to improve repair processes.
Customer Feedback: Solicit and collect customer feedback to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Relay feedback of faulty/defect products to manager for consideration in decision-making processes.
