As the Creative Video Producer, you will beresponsible for creating and producing content for the Company’s website andsocial media platforms. The candidate will need to brainstorm and come up withinnovative ways, content ideas and platforms to increase followings/awarenessand increase target market.
What You'll Do:
· Organize and plan the Company’s social media platform schedule and develop best-in-class presence on the platforms.
· Translate client briefs into compelling creative concepts, treatments, and storyboards.
· Understand short-term and long-term marketing targets and develop strategies (Telegram, Tiktok &Instagram) accordingly.
· Lead the full production cycle: pre-production planning, storyboarding, directing, shooting, and editing.
· Capture high-quality videos and images that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
· Stay ahead of visual and cultural trends, experimenting with new aesthetics, formats, and storytelling techniques.
· Collaborate with talents, influencers, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
· Ensure all output meets professional-level standards while keeping a modern, fun and fresh edge.
· A strong point of view on what it takes to entertain audiences, drive viewership, increase subscribers and build a dedicated following on the platforms.
What You'll Need:
· Excellent knowledge on social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Telegram etc).
· Exceptional eye for aesthetics, details and storytelling.
· Good physical and mental resilience.
· Excellent IT, video shooting, video editing and photo editing skills.
· Proficiency in Capcut and Adobe Creative Suite.
· Hands-on expertise with professional cameras, lighting setups, and editing workflows.
· Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve targets.
· Good track record of fulfilling targets and deadlines.
· Strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in videography, photography, and content creation.
· Self-driven, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
· Presentable on camera and engaging in live interviews with the public.
· Charismatic, witty, and inspiring.
