We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Assistant & Machine Operator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize warehouse inventory
• Operate machines and ensure smooth production
• Handle loading and unloading of goods
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
• Prepare orders for delivery or shipment

Requirements:

• Responsible and dependable attitude
• Able to work independently
• Physically fit and able to carry goods
• Organized and careful (not messy in work)
• Willing to work overtime when required

Average Monthly Gross Salary: $3,000 - $3,600

Sales Commission: Earn 4% commission on sales!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the right orthopedic shoes and custom insoles for their needs.

Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on the benefits of our products.

Help drive sales and earn commissions.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Average Monthly Gross Salary: $3,000 - $6,000

Public Holidays: Get extra pay for working on public holidays /off in lieu

Sales Commission: Earn 4% commission on sales! For example, if you make $35,000 in sales, you'll earn an additional $1,400 in commission,and Extra incentives for selling insoles – earn $400 for 20 insoles sold!

Additional Challenges:For example,Meet monthly sales targets $35,000 and earn an additional $800 - $1,200 as part of performance challenges!
