PRIMARY FUNCTION

• Test / Inspect / Braze / Assemble of Refrigeration Units as per Manufacturing Instruction & Method Sheet.
• Perform basic trouble shooting / rework on tested / assembled units.
• Assist in designing jigs / fixtures & parts trolley.
• Serve as trainer under buddy system.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· To test / inspect / assemble Refrigeration Units as per manufacturing instruction, method sheet and maintained required output rates and quality.

· Responsible for up-keeping and maintenance of equipment / tools / fixtures / gauges assigned to the Station. Ensure all calibrated items used are within the effective calibration period.

· Assist in designing jigs / fixtures & parts trolley to improve the Productivity of the process.

· Serve as trainer for training new employees under buddy system.

· Perform basic trouble shooting or rework on tested / assembled units (identify & rectify fault found).

· Conduct inspection on work area & monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions taken (if any).

· To comply strictly with the company's safety rules and regulations.

· To co-operate with personnel involved in the investigation of any accidents and to explain exactly what happened and what caused the accident.

· Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.

· Maintain proper records such as filling up checklists, components serial numbers etc.

· Provide feedback or suggestion for improvement.

To perform tasks deem suitable and assigned by superiors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

a. Building System Maintenance

• Plan, execute, and oversee preventive maintenance of building facilities systems.
• Systems include: Electrical System, HVAC System, MV System, Compressed Air System, P&S System etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational reliability.

b. Predictive Maintenance

• Implement predictive maintenance strategies leveraging IoT sensor solutions and AI-driven applications.
• Drive KPIs for energy savings, power interruption, and faster breakdown recovery.
• Continuously improve maintenance efficiency through data-driven insights.
• To support and develop AI-Driven Maintenance Work Process (MWP)

c. Utilities System Management

• Manage and maintain utilities supply systems including HT/LT, Digital Metering, Energy Monitoring Systems, Water Supply, and Gas Supply.
• Monitor performance and ensure uninterrupted supply of critical utilities.

d. Vendor Submission and Management

• Lead and manage plant facilities repair and improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review vendor design submissions and ensure timely approvals.
• Responsible for mandatory checks and approval process for external vendor electrical design submissions
• Manage vendor’s work quality and safety compliances
• Deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

e. Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)

• Develop and implement an Integrated Facility Management model to coordinate M&E maintenance and engineering works.
• Responsible for cost saving and better streamline of repair works through IFM management.
• Enhance collaboration across different discipline for seamless facility maintenance.

4.  Qualification/Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in FM/Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance and management.
• Strong expertise in Electrical & Mechanical Systems maintenance.
• High level of computer proficiency; tech-savvy with an AI-driven mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for leveraging technology in facilities management.
• Results-oriented with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Work Experience in Manufacturing Industry environment is preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee and drive projects within Carrier Climate Solutions Transportation Container business segment and ensure that products meet customer needs and market requirements. The position will lead multi-functional product development teams, including identification of team members, allocation of resources, development and maintenance of individual and group/development team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed according to these plans.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure project goals are met.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. Advocate additional funding when necessary.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives. Provide updates on project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure standards are maintained.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, proposals, and meeting minutes.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the transportation or manufacturing industry.

Skills Preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Planisware).

Qualifications:

• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong project and team management skills
