Responsibilities:
- Full set of accounts.
- Prepare cash flow projection.
- Preparation of billings & sales analyst.
- Ensure accuracy of cost allocation.
- Prepare monthly reporting, quarterly GST reporting & ensure timely submission
- Oversee daily accounting operations for the groups/ dept.
- Perform credit collection and monitor cash flows
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports
- Liaise with banker, company auditor, corporate secretary and tax agent
- Prepare for monthly Payroll and CPF submission
- Procurement and other general duties
- Assist the Department Head to carry out the day-to-day HR functions including recruitment & staffing, benefits and training administration, HR compliance, performance management, employee relations and other HR daily operations and administrative duties
- Handle staff & worker salary, renumeration, leave & other matters etc
- Involved in ad-hoc projects and admin-related tasks
- Work independently
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
- 3 to 4 years of full set accounting exp.
- Positive working attitude.
