Responsibilities

• Manage all precast-related quantity surveying duties for building projects.
• Prepare and review precast BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts related to precast works.
• Work closely with project teams, precast suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate measurement and cost control.
• Monitor and manage precast production schedules, delivery tracking, and site utilisation to avoid discrepancies and wastage.
• Conduct cost analysis, market rate benchmarking, and provide support on procurement of precast elements.
• Assist in contract administration, including preparation of contractual documentation, commercial reports, and progress summaries.
• Identify cost risks, propose mitigation measures, and support commercial negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QS roles, preferably with exposure to precast building projects.
• Proficient in measurement, cost control, contract administration, and handling of VO/claims.

About the Role

• Project Director to lead the delivery of major MRT infrastructure projects, managing Design & Build MRT station projects,

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale MRT station and tunnelling projects under the Land Transport Authority (LTA)
• Oversee all phases of project execution, including design coordination, construction, testing, and commissioning
• Act as the primary interface with LTA, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Manage JV partner alignment, governance, and performance (where applicable)
• Drive construction strategy, resource planning, and project scheduling to meet key milestones
• Ensure strict compliance with LTA specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost control, claims, and variation management
• Lead and mentor a large, multi-disciplinary team across engineering, construction, and commercial functions

Requirements

The Assistant Contract Manager supports the contract and commercial management of data centre projects, assisting with contract administration, documentation, and compliance across the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for candidates looking to deepen their exposure to mission-critical infrastructure projects in a fast-growing data centre

• Assist in administering contracts and agreements

• Track contractual deliverables, notices, and obligations

• Maintain accurate and well-organised contract documentation and registers

• Support the preparation and evaluation of variations, change orders, and claims

• Assist in tracking extensions of time (EOT) and associated documentation

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submissions and responses

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, or commercial support roles
