HR AND ADMINOFFICER
Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with HR Manager and team to ensure smooth operation in HR matters
Maintaining employee database & P-filing
Prepare employment contracts, addendum, HR letters and correspondences
Administer employee leaves and claims
Coordinate with production and deployment
Handle Entry passes for the yard
Assist to attend to phone calls and other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirement:
No working experience required
Minimum Educational level: 'O' Level
Possess positive attitude and good adaptability
Organized & Meticulous
Good interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills
Able to work well in a team, fast-paced environment and under pressure
Able to handle private and confidential matters at all times
