Job Description:
• Drive upselling and repeat sales from existing customer base
• Manage end-to-end client projects from enquiry to completion
• Identify gaps in the sales process and propose improvements
• Liaise with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Track Project documentation, reports, and updates
• Handle administrative tasks related to projects
• Assist in resolving project issues and follow up on action items
