Responsibilities
Responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and servicing of household and commercial appliances; troubleshoot faults related to circuits, pipelines, compressors, control boards, etc., and replace defective parts.
Disassemble, inspect, repair, adjust, and test core components.
Possess basic electrical knowledge; use multimeters, pressure gauges, leak detectors, diagnostic equipment, and other tools to troubleshoot circuit faults and error codes, perform repairs, and replace defective parts.
Familiar with appliance wiring, able to install/add accessories.
Respond to customer enquiries, requests, and feedback; clearly explain fault causes, repair solutions, and fees to improve service satisfaction.
Strictly comply with safety operation procedures, electrical safety, and on-site service safety protocols at work.
Keep tools, materials, and work areas tidy and standardized; complete on-site cleaning and finishing.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in appliance repair is preferred.
Good working attitude, strong service awareness, patient, and responsible.
Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Team player with initiative, proactive in learning new technologies and products, and positive working attitude.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
