HR & Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment &Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across engineering, production, and corporate functions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs

Payroll &Compliance

• Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Singapore regulations (MOM, CPF, statutory requirements)

Learning &Development

Requirements

Mechanical Engineering Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our mechanical engineering team in the development of innovative electromechanical products. The position is part of our R&D team and will be responsible for Internet-of-Things (IoT) products development starting from schematic designs, PCB layout designs to product development.

Job Scope:

• Familiar with the PCB layout design, development, and manufacturing of communication modules
• Responsible for the IoT products hardware design based on required product specification.
