Responsibilities

• Prepare measurement sheets and detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and documents to support tender and ongoing projects.
• Develop and send request for quotation packages to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate and formulate bills of quantities for direct and indirect project costs.
• Source and assess suppliers and subcontractors for tender and ongoing projects.
• Construct and analyze comparison sheets for quotations to inform procurement decisions.
• Procure materials according to issued fabrication or shop drawings.
• Prepare and submit variation order quotations to manage project changes.
• Submit progressive claims to clients and follow up to ensure timely payment.
• Prepare, check, and monitor project budgets to maintain financial control.
• Evaluate and verify claims submitted by suppliers and subcontractors for accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in pre- and post-tender activities within the related field.
• Experience working with structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills applied to project cost evaluation and procurement.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with initiative.

Job Description

- Coordinate and manage all project drawings, including submission, revision, and distribution
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, standards, and procedures
- Track drawing revisions and ensure obsolete drawings are properly archived
- Liaise with consultants, engineers, site teams, and subcontractors on drawings matters
- Monitor drawings submission schedules and follow up on outstanding items
- Support project teams by ensuring the latest approved drawings are issued for construction

Requirement

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in drawings coordination or document control
- Familiar with construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Experience with document management systems is an advantage
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Job Description
- Immediate response to equipment breakdown request, as instructed by supervisor.
- Troubleshooting and analysis of faults or problem encountered by cranes or transport.
- Perform periodic maintenance and checks on cranes or transport equipment, as planned or scheduled.
- Repair and reconditioning of mechanical or hydraulic parts.
- To work under the guidance and supervision of Mechanical Foreman, Service Supervisor or Coordinator.
- Keeps immediate supervisor well-informed of any activities, results of efforts and problems identified/potential problems; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor.

Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level holder or equivalent with 4-5 years of working experience in mechanical repair of cranes or related equipment.
- Good working track record with exposure to mechanical and hydraulic control system. Advantageous for those with experience on engine repair/maintenance.
