The CRM, CLM & Compliance team are responsible for developing, improving and maintaining the corresponding modules for our clients in the European & APAC markets.  We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our growing team where you will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from analysis, development, testing to deployment, in collaboration with a group of highly skilled business analyst and developer colleagues.  We follow an agile process, working closely within our own team but also with other related teams and clients to develop new product features and maintain existing ones in live use. 

Your key tasks will be as follows:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and design patterns
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth
• Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks and sprints

• Support portfolio and project governance, ensuring adherence to PM standards and lifecycle 
• Track and control budget, actuals, forecasts (FC/ETC/EAC) and resource usage 
• Prepare and maintain project and portfolio reporting (e.g. RTG, QBR, dashboards)

• Develop, maintain and execute automation test cases for major projects, maintenance, and emergency releases

Your key tasks

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Business Controller to manage financial steering and strategic planning for Region International (APAC, MEA, UK) focusing on Sales and Project Delivery. This role is instrumental in driving financial discipline, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the Business Partners and cross-functional teams within Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Interface Management

• Work closely with the Sales team to align financial forecasts with pipeline activity and deal structures.
• Review and interpret commercial contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition and risk assessment.
• Collaborate and support Sales and Project Delivery teams with financial data and analysis for decision-making.

Job Description

The Senior Release Manager will be working in the regional Release Management team taking care of software releases for all Avaloq products supported by the regional business entity. You will be responsible for defined set of customers and support them during various SDLC phases and go live.

Your key tasks

• Product Owner of the Release Management team in the region with locations in Manila, India & Singapore
• You will be involved in planning and rollout of various Avaloq products in the controlled environments.
• You will have end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of releases into the Live environments.
• Create and manage implementation plan, release meetings, and production cutover.
• Accountable for release scope validation with project managers and delivery managers.
• Ensures technical validation of all releases are completed and reported for the Go Live.
• Responsible for software packaging, deployment, and log analysis of Avaloq products.
• Document and educate the users on release, configuration, DevOps, and deployment management best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering Degree.
• 3 to 7 years of Release Management, Configuration Management experience in the banking & financial services industry.
• Experience with Unix, Oracle, SQL, Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Git/GitHub or other source code management tools.
• Conflict resolution, stakeholder management, experience in multi-cultural matrix teams.
• Open to work in weekend/shifts depending on priorities.
• Knowledgeable in CI/CD process
