Job Summary
You will provide technical IT support to staff and customers, optimize hardware and software use, working with external IT vendor, secure data, and advise on IT equipment upgrades to ensure efficient company IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver timely IT technical support to staff and customers to resolve hardware and software issues
- Train end-users on hardware functionality and software applications to improve user competence
- Diagnose and resolve logged IT errors promptly to minimize downtime
- Monitor hardware, software, and system performance metrics to maintain optimal operations
- Document IT processes and conduct diagnostic tests to support system reliability
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma / Certificate in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 1 year of experience providing IT support in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to deliver technical support and resolve IT queries effectively
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Skilled in assessing IT needs and training end-users accordingly
- Experience documenting IT processes and monitoring system performance
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
