Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data input for accounting records, invoices, receipts, and ledgers into company systems (e.g., Excel, accounting software).
• Verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies.
• Assist in filing and organizing accounting documents digitally and physically.
• Support basic data sorting, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Accounts team.

Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level or equivalent; basic accounting knowledge preferred but not essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas).
• Reliable, able to commit to full-time hours for short-term contract.
• Singaporean/PR preferred (local candidates prioritized).
