Requirement:

• Have experience in local Facade Construction, Familiar with Curtain Wall Systems, including unitized and stick type
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in BIM is preferred
• Able to perform tasks under pressure and totally committed to following through with the tasks given within tight schedules
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Job Description:

• Record and manage financial transactions, including taxes, sales, profits, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct project cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Work closely with project managers to assess financial performance, and manage project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
• Coordinate and support external and internal audits, ensuring all documentation is in order.
• Monitor and improve financial controls, procedures, and reporting processes.
• Provide financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to management.
• Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and other financial obligations.
• Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or ISCA are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, auditing principles, and tax laws.
• Experience in project accounting and cost tracking is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.

• In Charge of overall planning, implementation and completion of the multi millions façade package within required time, acceptable cost and top-tier quality
• Manage technical complications and on-site installation progression
• Coach and develop team members
• Liaise effectively with internal and external parties to achieve more energy and cost-saving façade works
• Maintain and develop networks with suppliers and installer to better serve client’s needs
• Report to SPM/ Project Director

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Project Management
• Have a strong background in managing aluminum / glazing facades projects
• Understand facade drawings and QA/QC codes
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to deliver quality products within budget and time constraints
• A team builder with respectful work ethics

Pre Contract Phase

• Develop a detailed cost plan for the tendering project, which involves estimating the costs of materials, labor, and equipment required to complete the project, along with overheads, contingencies, and other indirect costs.
• Be involved in the tendering process, preparing and submitting tender documents
• Negotiate the contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring that the terms are fair and balanced.
• Be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the project's cost, quality, or schedule
• Find cost-effective solutions to achieve the desired project outcomes

Post Contract Phase

• Monitor costs and ensure that the project is delivered within budget. This requires to track actual costs against the cost plan, identify any cost overruns, and suggest corrective action to keep costs under control.
• Manage variations, which are changes to the scope of work that may impact the project's cost or schedule. This involves assessing the cost and time implications of variations and negotiating with the clients and sub-contractors.
• Assess sub-contractor’s progress claims, issue payment certificates and settle final accounts

Requirement:

• At least 3 years’ experience in façade construction
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Must be hard working and be able to work under pressure
• Prioritize candidate who can have a good command of Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese colleagues
