Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Engineer in the daily execution and coordination of project-related activities.
Ensure all installation works are carried out in accordance with approved construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor and supervise on-site work progress and workmanship quality to ensure compliance with project standards and safety requirements.
Attend daily toolbox meetings and communicate clear instructions to site personnel and subcontractors.
Understand the project scope of work and ensure compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Liaise with relevant parties for on-site installation, servicing, testing, and commissioning of systems.
Prepare, review, and interpret single-line drawings and basic technical documentation.
Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure timely and smooth project delivery.
Manage assigned projects independently and resolve on-site issues effectively when required.
Training will be provided.
Job Requirements
Minimum ITE qualification in Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline; other relevant qualifications may be considered.
Experience in instrumentation systems or project management will be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong coordination skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to optimize teamwork and project efficiency.
Positive working attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn and grow professionally.
Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
