About the Role
Anglo Caregivers is looking for a creative Social Media & Content Executive who enjoys telling real stories through video and digital content.
Our work centres around connecting families with trusted live-in caregivers for elderly and adults with care needs. Many of these caregiving journeys are deeply meaningful — and we believe these stories deserve to be shared in authentic and engaging ways.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning content, producing videos, experimenting with social media ideas, and building communities online.
You will take the lead in shaping how our caregiving stories, educational content, and behind-the-scenes moments are shared across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Video Content
Plan and produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for our social platforms.
Examples include:
Caregiver and family stories
Day-in-the-life caregiver content
Caregiving tips and educational videos
Behind-the-scenes at caregiver training sessions
Employer guidance and myth-busting content
Community and caregiver engagement activities
Responsibilities include:
Developing video ideas and content concepts
Writing simple scripts or content outlines
Filming and editing short-form videos
Directing simple shoots with caregivers or internal team members
Posting and optimising content across platforms
Social Media Management
Manage and grow our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
Identify social media trends and adapt them creatively
Engage with comments and community interactions where appropriate
Track content performance and optimise future posts
Storytelling & Community Content
Work closely with our recruiter and operations teams to capture meaningful moments from our caregiving community:
caregiver training sessions
caregiver appreciation initiatives
family testimonials
educational caregiving content
Our goal is to build a trusted caregiving community online, not just run advertisements.
Marketing Exposure (Secondary)
Depending on interest and experience, you may also support:
Blog and newsletter content
Basic SEO and website content updates
Digital campaigns
Partnerships and outreach initiatives
