Job Summary
Support sales and product management teams by managing quotations, maintaining CRM account and pricing records, and preparing purchase requisitions to ensure smooth procurement and sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Manager and Product Manager in managing and processing quotations to support sales activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and pricing databases within the company’s CRM system to ensure data integrity
- Prepare and submit purchase requisitions to vendors and suppliers to facilitate timely procurement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Nitec or Higher Nitec in Business Services, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering
- Demonstrated experience of one year or more in sales support, purchasing, or administrative roles
- Ability to learn new ERP software to support operational efficiency
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records and documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines
