Responsibilities and Tasks
1. Manage Material Requests
• Monitor, interpret, and implement requests from all Micron departments each shift.
• Select, create, and split lots as requested by Engineering for experiments using the specified criteria.
• Select and Locate product according to requests
• Verify lot integrity
2. Receiving/shipping Product from Offsite Locations
• Receive/send notification to engineering teams
• Obtain product from central receiving area
• Coordinate product to appropriate area
• Coordinate with existing Micron shipping and receiving teams to facilitate physical shipping
3. Scrap Procedures
• Manage requests for scrapping product
• Interface with tracking system to execute scrap
• Physically insure proper scrap procedure
4. Process compliance
• Customer accountability for overdue, lost, unaccounted material
• Will contact customers directly to log and track discrepancies in the above
• Monitor inventory using provided software tools to manage material and disposition accordingly
• Handling inventory / product tracking
• Excel / Powerpoint population and presentation
• Implementation of productivity standards
Qualifications/Requirement
• Diploma in Engineering.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Demonstrates good hands-on approach to work.
• A high level of motivation, disciplined and goal-oriented.
• Experience working in Semiconductor & Labs facilities.
• Ability to interface with Micron software solutions – MAM, Outlook, Excel, etc
