Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines using Fanuc or Mazak controllers to produce parts according to specifications
Interpret and apply G-Code and M-Code commands to control machine operations
Perform machine zero-point setup to establish accurate reference points for machining
Change and install tools in CNC machines to maintain production flow
Set up materials on machines to prepare for manufacturing runs
Apply manufacturing experience to troubleshoot and optimize machine performance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry
Experience in extensive material setup to improve machine readiness and efficiency
