Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and service requests
- Coordinate order processing and delivery arrangements
- Filing and following up on invoices with issues
- Issue credit notes
- Submit invoices through customer portals
- Update customer pricing in the system
- Provide general administrative and customer support
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MSO ice, ERP system)
