What You'll Be Doing

• Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to closing deals

• Minimally 2 years of experience in business development, sales, events, or marketing

About The Role
Adrenalin Group is an integrated communications company specialising in events, design, and video production. We work with government agencies, nonprofits, and corporate organisations across Singapore.

We are looking for a Sales Admin to support our internal teams with quotation preparation, costing organisation, and administrative coordination.

This role helps ensure that pricing information, vendor quotations, and project documentation are organised and accurate so that project teams can move efficiently.

This is an entry-level role and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

What You'll Do
You will support backend processes that keep projects organised and running smoothly

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and updating quotations based on information provided
• Organising costing information and pricing documentation
• Requesting or confirming vendor prices through email communication
• Maintaining spreadsheets and records for costings and quotations
• Supporting basic administrative documentation across teams
