We are looking for a motivated and technically competent Sales Engineer to drive the growth of our smart metering and digital energy management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for smart water and electrical metering solutions.
• Build relationships with consultants, developers, M&E contractors, facility managers, building owners, and government agencies.
• Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable smart metering and monitoring solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline from enquiry to project completion.
• Keep abreast of industry trends in smart buildings, IoT, energy management, and ESG initiatives.
• Represent EcoSmart at exhibitions, networking events, and industry seminars.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, engineering sales, M&E, building services, automation, or related industries.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, water systems, or IoT technologies is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise electrical and plumbing shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Produce construction, coordination, and as-built drawings.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow EcoSmart’s customer base by identifying new business opportunities and driving adoption of smart metering and utility management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional sectors to expand market reach
• Promote EcoSmart’s smart water meters, electrical meters, prepaid metering systems, and utility monitoring platforms to targeted customers
• Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners, facility managers, MCSTs, managing agents, consultants, contractors, and developers to support sales growth
• Conduct site visits and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on solution benefits and features
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions tailored to customer requirements
• Follow up on sales leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closure of deals
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to coordinate smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
