Your Role
As a Junior Sales Management Trainee, you will support business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, sales coordination, and follow-up activities. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
As part of the programme, you may be exposed to job rotation across different functions to build a broader understanding of business operations, customer engagement, and growth support activities.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Identifying and following up on potential leads
- Supporting outreach and customer engagement efforts
- Assisting with sales coordination and administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, enquiries, and follow-ups
- Collaborating with internal teams to support business growth initiatives
