Job Summary
Support sales growth within the existing client base by collaborating with Regional Sales Managers, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Supports sales growth within the existing client base.
- Working closely with Regional Sales Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales target.
- Provide timely updates to clients on the status of purchased parts and equipment.
- Handle customer requests and inquiries by coordinating with Sales, Product Lines, Quality Control, and Accounting Teams.
- Respond to queries related to sales orders, invoices, shipping details, and documentation.
- Identify and communicate potential business opportunities based on customer interactions and issue resolution.
- Monitor and track metrics for inquiries, orders, and backlog.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum GCE “A” Level or Diploma qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer support preferred.
- Aviation industry knowledge or experience is preferred.
