Responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations by analyzing customer enquiries to recommend appropriate beauty solutions
• Follow up with customers after treatments to assess satisfaction and address any concerns
• Identify and understand customer needs to tailor personalized beauty recommendations
• Deliver excellent customer service to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth
• Acquire and apply up-to-date knowledge on beauty and wellness to educate and inform customers effectively
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business operations

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform eyebrow embroidery and related beauty services professionally and safely.

· Assess customers’ facial features and recommend suitable eyebrow shapes and styles.

· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitization of tools and workspace.

· Provide pre- and post-treatment care advice to customers.

· Assist in promoting salon services and maintaining good customer relationships.

Requirements:

· Relevant expertise in eyebrow embroidery.

· Good artistic sense, steady hand, and attention to detail.

· Pleasant personality with strong communication and customer service skills.

· Responsible, hygienic, and able to follow salon procedures and standards.
