=Minimum diploma holder or fresh graduate in Human Resouce faculty.
=Residing at the east, Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris or Hougang/Sengkang.
=Conversant with local legislation and employment/MOM matters.
=Able to work meticulously and independently.
= Good verbal and written communication skills and strong inter-personal skills, problem solving abilities and also able to interact with all levels of staff of different nationalities.
=Requires integrity, discretion and a high degree of confidentiality.
= Work closely with employment agencies and source for good candidates when required.
=Perform interview and select the right candidate for the company.
= Competent with general PC and office software application like Microsoft Office.
=Administrative support responsibilities include managing day-to-day tasks, office supplies, equipment, mail and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by department heads or managers.
= To source for good vendors for the company if needed and upkeep all company's assets, renewal of memberships, vehicle VPC and road-tax and insurance.
